No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met needs well. The place was fairly clean and staff was amicable and helpful. We only slept at the a double room with 3 beds, but greatly enjoyed it. Had a hairdryer and slippers in the bathroom.

The staff members were incredibly nice and accommodating and suggested local places. My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge and an electronic key card. The bathroom was nice, I appreciated that. The service was GREAT, totally satisfied.

There are laundry facilities available at a reasonable rate, and the beds are large and cozy with a quality sleep-inducing ambiance.

During my recent business trip to Yokohama, I had a really comfortable stay at a centrally located hotel. The two large single beds offered the perfect respite after a long day at work.
