assistance with my Japan Rail passes. They communicated efficiently when my passes arrived. The location was ideal, just a five-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, making it easy to explore. However, the room size was a bit small.

The room featured a splendid shower with excellent water pressure that offered a refreshing experience after a long day. Clean, modern amenities ensured a comfortable stay.

The flickering light bulb indicated it might need replacement. Cleanliness could have been better, as I found hair strands scattered in the bathtub and dust near the table by the window, which triggered my allergies. Two strips of instant coffee daily felt a bit stingy, especially with no coffee machine available to enjoy a proper cup.

the best western is a great place to stay with a fantastic location near shin yokohama station. it was so convenient having many small supermarkets and a starbucks nearby. the staff were efficient and helpful, especially toda san at the front desk who made our stay easier.

The hotel was close to the train station which made getting around a breeze. We explored the Yokohama International Swimming Pool and the Osanbashi International Passenger Terminal—they're must-sees! Plus, the staff really helped us with our plans and were friendly the whole time.
